WAUKESHA, Wis. — Waukesha Foundry is pleased to announce that Grey Pope has joined the company as Director of Operations, bringing more than 18 years of manufacturing experience spanning plant leadership, operations, quality, supply chain, project management and continuous improvement.
In his new role, Pope will lead Waukesha Foundry’s production and operational functions, working across production, quality, maintenance, engineering and supply chain to strengthen safety, efficiency, quality and reliable delivery for customers while supporting the company’s continued growth.“Grey brings an impressive combination of hands-on manufacturing knowledge and proven leadership experience,” said Jake Walczak, President of Waukesha Foundry. “He understands how all areas of an operation have to work together to deliver for the customer. Throughout his career, Pope has held leadership roles in general management, quality and project management. His background spans production planning, quality, maintenance, budgeting, profitability, capital equipment and customer relationships, giving him a broad perspective on operational performance.
