KEWASKUM, WI – All are welcome to attend a short monument dedication ceremony on Saturday, August 1, 2026, which will take place at 10:00am at St. John of God Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Farmington. The Cemetery is located at: 1488 Highland Drive, Kewaskum WI 53040. We will be honoring the service of Civil War Veterans Eugene Callaghan, Thomas Callaghan Sr., Thomas Callaghan Jr., James Clark, Edward Dullea, John Keenan, Martin Kenney, Christopher Probst and Mathias Ryan. Services will include Color Guard, Civil War Era Cannon and 3 Round Volley. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
The presented monument will ensure that our Civil War Veterans are not forgotten even if their headstones have deteriorated and are no longer legible.
