APPLETON, WIS. [September 14, 2026] — The Boldt Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Nate Ortlieb to Director of Self-Perform.
In this role, Ortlieb is responsible for the development and execution of Boldt’s self-perform strategy by implementing standardized processes that strengthen safety, quality, reporting and production planning across all operations. He works directly with project teams and operational leaders to support pursuit decisions, resource planning and field readiness, aligning the right people with the right tasks to achieve reliable, repeatable performance.
Ortlieb began his career with Boldt in 2001as a Carpenter Apprentice and held several positions until 2018. After a few years with a local construction firm, he returned in 2020 to serve as Self-Perform Operations Manager. He holds an associate degree in carpentry from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
