Hosted by the Sustainable Business Council (SBC), the Sustainable Business Awards honor businesses, teams, and individuals across Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest that are advancing sustainability and delivering measurable environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact.
Since 2014, the Sustainable Business Awards have elevated forward-thinking businesses and sustainability leaders, showcasing excellence in sustainable products, services, and leadership. More than just an accolade, the awards provide recipients with a platform to inspire others, demonstrate their values, and amplify their impact.
Nominate a colleague, team, product, or service that is making a difference, or share your own story. Join us in recognizing the people and innovations helping build a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable business future for our region.
Award Categories:
- Sustainable Product of the Year – Celebrating product design that delivers environmental and social benefits
- Innovative Service of the Year – Honoring services that accelerate sustainability integration across industries
- Sustainable Leadership Awards – Recognizing Executive Leaders and Sustainability Champions
- Thomas L. Eggert Leadership Forward Award – Honoring individuals who expand sustainability networks and knowledge across Wisconsin
Nomination Details:
- Open to SBC members with a presence in the Upper Midwest
- Self-nominations and third-party nominations encouraged
- Optional 2-minute video submissions now accepted
- Deadline: August 7, 2026
Winners will be recognized at the 2026 SBC Conference (Nov 17–18 in Madison, WI) and featured throughout SBC communications.
