KAUKAUNA, Wis. (Sept. 17, 2026) —St. Paul Elder Services (SPES), a community dedicated to enriching the life experience of the individuals it serves, is proud to welcome Morgan Hinkley as its new president. As president, Hinkley will guide operations, strengthen community partnerships and advance the organization’s mission to deliver dignified, exceptional care in alignment with the mission of St. Paul Elder Services and the Franciscan Sisters of Catholic Charities Sponsored Ministries.
Hinkley brings over 20 years of mission-driven leadership experience across healthcare, senior living, long-term care, assisted living, memory care and community-based services. A licensed nursing home administrator, Hinkley has led operations in nonprofit and multi-state organizations including LeadingAge Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association of County Nursing Homes, Park View Health Center, Brewster Village and Aurora Health Care. She has also held board positions for LeadingAge Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Association of County Nursing Homes and has served on various industry-wide committees with LeadingAge Wisconsin, Care Providers of Minnesota and the American Health Care Association. Most recently, she served as manager of mission operations for Goodwill North Central Wisconsin, overseeing community-based programming and partnerships throughout 35 counties in North Central Wisconsin.

Throughout her career, Hinkley has remained committed to developing future leaders through mentoring and community involvement. She is passionate about serving older adults and building strong, lasting partnerships across the region.
