Regardless of the numbers he touts, his secret deals with big drug companies protect corporate profits while raising costs for thousands of seniors. In fact, the latest reporting from Endpoints News confirms that CMS has been offering drug companies exemptions from Medicare drug pricing negotiations if they agree to provide additional rebates in Medicaid.
