Prevea Health: Offically opens new health center in Sheboygan after community open house

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — Prevea Health’s newest health center in Sheboygan, located at 1703 N. Taylor Dr., is officially open for patient care across several service lines, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Behavioral Care, Lab and

X-ray.

Endocrinology services will also be moving to the 1703 N. Taylor Dr. location from HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, starting on July 20.

Last week, Prevea leadership hosted a ribbon cutting for this new location. Afterwards, nearly 200 members of the community stopped in for an open house and self-guided tours of the new space.

“On behalf of Prevea, I would like to thank the people of Sheboygan and its community leaders for choosing Prevea and our partner, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital,” said Dr. Ashok Rai, Prevea Health President and CEO, at the ribbon cutting on June 16. “It is truly our honor to be here and to serve your health care needs.”

This new building represents a significant investment in the Sheboygan community, consolidating services from the recently closed health center at 1411 N. Taylor Dr. It marks the second Prevea Health facility to join the HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital campus, alongside the Prevea Sheboygan Medical Office Building at 3113 Saemann Ave.
