Oconomowoc, Wis. – Paragon Community Services (PCS), a MyPath company, announced plans to relocate its Forest Home Avenue location in Milwaukee to a new facility in Greendale in June 2026, expanding access to day services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
PCS offers programs serving approximately 350 adults, young adults and children at four different locations throughout Wisconsin with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Adult Day Services and Paragon Activity Club (PAC) youth respite services.

For more than 40 years, PCS has provided meaningful programs, community outings, socialization opportunities, and individualized support for individuals with disabilities.
