Fitchburg, WI – Oak Bank, a locally owned community bank committed to exceptional client service and community giving, is pleased to announce the addition of Brittani Barker as a Mortgage Loan Specialist.
In this key role, Brittani will support both secondary market and in-house residential loans, contributing across all stages of the lending process. Her well-rounded experience positions her to strengthen processing workflows, deliver outstanding client service, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Brittani brings extensive experience in mortgage lending, having worked across all facets of the mortgage process, including origination and application, underwriting, processing, and closing. She has also reviewed mortgage documentation, generated closing packages, and supported loan funding—giving her a comprehensive understanding of the home financing journey.
“I’m excited to join Oak Bank and be part of a team that truly values its clients and community,” said Brittani. “Helping individuals and families navigate the home loan process is incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to making a positive impact for our clients.”
A resident of the Sun Prairie area, Brittani stays active supporting her three sons in their many sports activities. She enjoys being part of a vibrant local community and values opportunities to connect with others both personally and professionally.
Melissa Torres, Vice President – Loan Operations, shared enthusiasm about the new addition: “Brittani’s depth of experience across the mortgage lifecycle and her commitment to client service make her an outstanding addition to our team.
