New leadership will support advisor development and the firm’s long-term growth strategy across Wisconsin and Northern Illinois
MIDDLETON, WI – MAY 8, 2026 – In a move aimed at shaping the next era of advisor development and client service, Northwestern Mutual has named Brent Goska managing partner of its Middleton network office. His appointment positions the firm to capitalize on significant growth opportunities across the region and reflects a renewed focus on advisor development, leadership cultivation and building a firm designed for long-term impact.
The firm’s vision centers on developing a high-performing, growth-oriented organization that attracts top talent, elevates advisors at every stage and strengthens its ability to serve clients and communities across Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. The Middleton network office has nearly $3.8 billion in assets under management*, reflecting its scale and long-standing presence serving individuals, families and businesses across the region.
Goska previously served as managing director in Eau Claire, where he implemented programs that
improved advisor productivity, enhanced the client experience and strengthened the office’s long-term
growth trajectory. He is known for a practical, results-driven leadership style and a commitment to
mentoring new advisors while supporting experienced professionals.
