MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis., Oct. 5,2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of the UpLift Self Storage Portfolio, a 1,300-unit self-storage portfolio comprising two properties in Mount Pleasant and Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
Schlosser, Charles “Chico” LeClaire and Dave Knobler, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver and Houston offices, represented the seller in the transaction. The transaction was completed in association with Todd Lindblom, Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin broker of record.
The Mount Pleasant facility, located at 7505 Durand Ave., comprises 781 units and nearly 125,000 net rentable square feet and was converted to self-storage in 2019. The Oak Creek facility, located at 275 E. Drexel Ave., was built in 2020 and comprises 519 units and 64,450 net rentable square feet. Combined, the portfolio totals approximately 189,450 net rentable square feet.
