Newly opened Rhinelander clinic provides Northern Wisconsin patients greater access to specialized ear, nose and throat care
RHINELANDER, Wis. (Aug. 24, 2026) — ENT & Allergy Associates, the premier ear, nose, throat (ENT), allergy, immunology, asthma and hearing services provider in North Central Wisconsin, is pleased to announce Dr. Shane White has joined its team as an ENT specialist at its Rhinelander location. A Rhinelander native with deep family roots in the area, Dr. White is returning home following the completion of his medical residency, bringing advanced ear, nose and throat training back to his hometown.
Dr. White earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Medical College of Wisconsin – Central Wisconsin in Wausau and completed his Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery residency at the University of Kentucky. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. His academic work includes published research on socioeconomic factors affecting access to laryngology care.
