Fall River, Wisconsin, August 31, 2026 — EK, an industry-leading complete manufacturer and power products company, announced today it has closed on the purchase of a former trucking company’s real estate in Fall River, a move that will expand EK’s manufacturing capacity and support continued economic development in the region.
The acquisition adds three buildings totaling approximately 230,000 square feet on 15 acres of land. The company plans significant upgrades to all three facilities, including new breakrooms, bathrooms, locker rooms and offices, as part of a total investment in buildings, equipment and facility upgrades of $22 million.
The newly acquired facilities will be designated Plant 5, Plant 6 and Plant 7, and will each serve a distinct role in EK’s manufacturing operations:
- Plant 5 will be set up as a manufacturing facility, equipped with fabrication equipment and a powder coat paint line.
- Plant 6 will operate as a central warehouse, feeding inventoried components to EK’s plants as they are needed.
- Plant 7 will serve as a maintenance facility for EK’s fleet of vehicles.
