Downtown Thiensville: K-Pop Demon Hunters DJ dance party and build-your-own ramen experience highlight Downtown Thiensville’s Kidsfest

THIENSVILLE, WI — Downtown Thiensville invites families to celebrate summer at KidsFest on Saturday, July 25, from 12–5 p.m. at Thiensville Village Park. This free community event features live entertainment, hands-on activities, inflatables, food, and family-friendly fun designed to bring kids and parents together for a day of connection, creativity, and play.

This year’s event includes a K-Pop Demon Hunters DJ Dance Party with Kid Boogie Down, bounce houses and inflatables courtesy of Elite Sports Club, face painting, glitter tattoos, mini manicures, hair braiding courtesy of Tres Jolie Solace, Touch-a-Truck experiences, fire and ambulance vehicles, Sparky the Fire Safety Dog, and a Soda Pop Garden courtesy of Wade Design & Construction Inc. and Culvers, featuring root beer floats and kid-friendly fare.

New this year, KidsFest will also feature a Build Your Own Ramen Lunch Experience with Chef Hadley Shully of Shully’s Cuisine & Events. Children and families can customize their own ramen bowls during a fun, interactive culinary experience that encourages kids to explore food, creativity, and culture together.

“One of the most rewarding things about KidsFest is seeing children and their parents sharing experiences together,” said Katherine Egelhoff, Board President of Downtown Thiensville. “Whether they’re dancing, creating, learning, exploring a fire truck, or building a bowl of ramen side-by-side, these are the moments that create lasting memories. KidsFest is all about celebrating family, community, and the joy that comes from spending time together.”

KidsFest is free to attend, with food, beverages and experiences available for purchase. The event is part of Downtown Thiensville’s 40th Anniversary celebration season and continues the organization’s mission to host and promote experiences that engage and connect people to the Village.
