GREEN BAY, Wis. (July 14, 2026) – Cousins Subs®, the Wisconsin-based sub shop known for its grilled to order and deli fresh subs, will open its newest restaurant in Green Bay on Monday, July 20. Located at 2416 W. Mason St., the new Green Bay West location will bring fresh subs, new jobs and continued community support to Green Bay’s West Side.
The new restaurant is co-owned by Green Bay football legend and longtime Cousins Subs partner Donald Driver, who will join community leaders and guests for a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 21.
“We are excited to open our newest Green Bay location and become part of the West Side community,” said Christine Specht, CEO of Cousins Subs. “At Cousins Subs, we believe in showing up for the communities we serve, and we’re proud to celebrate this milestone by supporting local students and families alongside our community partners.”
As part of the grand opening celebration, Cousins Subs will support students and families in the Green Bay Area Public School District through a weeklong giveback fundraiser. From July 20-26, Cousins Subs will donate 20% of all sales from the new Green Bay West location to benefit Starr Elementary School and Allouez Pantry, which serves students and families at Webster and Doty elementary schools.
The restaurant will officially open to the public on Monday, July 20. To celebrate opening day and welcome guests to the new location, the first 100 guests who make a purchase in-store will receive a coupon for a free sub on their next visit.
The grand opening celebration will take place Tuesday, July 21, and will include a ribbon cutting ceremony with representatives from Discover Green Bay, the Green Bay Area Public School District and other community partners. The celebration will also feature local mascot appearances and remarks from Cousins Subs leadership and Donald Driver.
Following the ribbon cutting, Donald Driver will be available for photos and autographs for the first 80 guests who purchase a sub before 11 a.m. Guests are limited to one photo and autograph per person.

The new Cousins Subs Green Bay West location will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
