APPLETON, WIS. [SEPTEMBER 14, 2026] — Bildt is pleased to announce the promotion of Trevor Hietpas to Director of Manufacturing.
In this role, Hietpas is responsible for the development and implementation of Bildt’s manufacturing strategy, financial reporting and overseeing all aspects of the prefabrication and modular solutions manufacturing process. This includes line design, workforce development, capacity planning, production scheduling, continuous improvement, cost control and adherence to safety and quality standards. As a member of Bildt’s leadership team, Hietpas leads the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles, developing other production leaders and stewarding a culture of continuous improvement at Bildt’s Oshkosh, Wis. facility.
Hietpas has been with Bildt since early 2025 and previously served as Controls Manager. Prior to joining Bildt, he held several positions during his eight-year tenure with The Boldt Company. Hietpas holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and music composition from Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
