Bayfield, Wis. (May 22, 2026) – Bayfield Market invites the community to celebrate its new chapter with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Friday, June 5, at 3 p.m. at the store in downtown Bayfield.
The community celebration will feature refreshments, door prizes, and an opportunity for residents, visitors, and local partners to meet owners Tim and Angela Hite while exploring the newly rebranded Bayfield Market.
Formerly Andy’s IGA, the grocery store has served the Bayfield community for more than 80 years. After officially purchasing the store in November 2025, the Hites have embraced the opportunity to continue its longstanding tradition of hometown service while introducing fresh ideas and renewed energy to the business.
“We’re excited to celebrate this milestone with the community that has welcomed us so warmly,” said Tim and Angela Hite, owners of Bayfield Market. “This store has long been an important part of Bayfield, and we look forward to building on that legacy while creating a shopping experience that serves residents and visitors for years to come.”
