(Appleton, Wis.) Aug. 4, 2026–Officials at Appleton International Airport (ATW) announce expanded service to Packer away games with routes confirmed by Allegiant Airlines today. Allegiant will offer an additional route to Los Angeles for the Nov. 25 away game—a nonstop flight from Appleton to John Wayne International Airport (SNA). Allegiant is also adding an additional nonstop flight to the St.
Petersburg, Florida (PIE) airport for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game Oct. 4, 2026. In all, Allegiant will have nonstop service to four Florida airports. The only Allegiant base in the state is located at ATW.
In addition to Allegiant, fans can travel out of ATW for away games as follows:
– Preseason Denver Broncos game Aug. 21, 2026, nonstop service to Denver from both United Airlines and Allegiant Airlines.
– Minnesota Vikings game Sept. 13, 2026, nonstop service to Minneapolis from Delta Airlines.
– Detroit Lions game Oct. 25, 2026, nonstop service to Detroit from Delta Airlines.
– Chicago Bears game Dec. 25, 2026, with multiple daily flights to O’Hare Airport from United and American Airlines.
“We all know the Packers have the best traveling fan base in the NFL, so we’re excited to announce expanded flights to away games,” said Abe Weber, Appleton International Airport Director. “And at ATW we make it fast and easy for fans to check in, board, and get to the game to watch the Pack win!”
Weber adds that the airport’s express services make it even easier for travelers to get to game day destinations quickly.
“ATW Express Parking lets you get from our front door to the gate in as little as 15 minutes,” Weber said. “Plus, you can drop your bag at the Express Desk and we’ll even check your winter coat while you travel to warm weather games—all of it will be ready for you on your return,” Weber said. Weber does give travelers one piece of advice and that’s to book your flights early as demand for the away games is high.
