McCarty Law LLP: Ali Ratajczak appointed as director of the Fox Valley Estate Planning Council

APPLETON, Wis. [Jan. 16, 2025] — McCarty Law LLP, a top law firm in Northeast Wisconsin, is proud to announce that attorney Ali Ratajczak has been appointed as the new director of the Fox Valley Estate Planning Council (FVEPC). With years of experience in estate planning, wills and trusts, Ratajczak’sleadership will bring expertise, innovation and a collaborative spirit to support education and cooperation among estate planning professionals in the Appleton-Oshkosh-Neenah area.

FVEPC is a multidisciplinary organization that brings together attorneys, trust officers, accountants, insurance professionals, financial planners and other allied professionals to promote the team concept of estate planning.

Ratajczak’s approach is rooted in compassion, as she prioritizes offering clarity and support to clients navigating sensitive circumstances. Since joining McCarty Law in 2019, she has dedicated her practice to estate planning, special needs planning, probate, elder law and real estate. She holds an Advanced Care Planning Certified Facilitator certificate and is a member of several esteemed organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Wisconsin Army National Guard, where she serves as a Judge Advocate.

Beyond her new position at the FVEPC, Ratajczak has also joined the board of directors for the Friends of the Appleton Fire Department. Her ongoing commitment to community service highlights her passion for supporting local organizations and residents.
