FOX CITIES, Wis. (February 12, 2025) – The Fox Cities Chamber released the results of its 2025 Economic Outlook Survey*. The survey is an annual project designed to provide insights and inspire dialogue in the community. It is sent to employers throughout the region, this year gathering insights from 140 businesses and organizations across Outagamie, Calumet, and northern Winnebago Counties.

  • Regional Strength: 55% of respondents believe the Fox Cities economy will grow in 2025, while 39% expect stability, and only 6% foresee a decline.

  • Capital Expansion: 22% of businesses plan expansions in 2025, while 62% do not and 16% remain unsure.
