Wisconsin Technology Council: Froedtert ThedaCare Health exec featured April 12 at Cap Times breakfast

Catherine Jacobson, CEO of Froedtert ThedaCare Health will be the featured speaker at the next Cap Times Power Hour on Friday, April 12, at the Edgewater Hotel. 

Froedtert ThedaCare Health is composed of two Wisconsin health care systems — Froedtert Health and ThedaCare — which merged on Jan. 1. Jacobson led the merger effort and she will be the CEO of the combined organization for the next six months. The combined company will serve the greater Milwaukee area as well as the Appleton area, where ThedaCare was based.

Jacobson joined Froedtert Health in 2010 as executive vice president of finance and strategy, chief financial officer and chief strategy officer. She assumed the CEO role in 2012. Prior to joining Froedtert Health, she spent 22 years at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago in various leadership roles.

The moderator for the speaker series is Mark Richardson, president of Unfinished Business Consulting and CEO of GigBlender. Richardson has helped professionals evolve in their careers and helped organizations acquire talent of color for the past 10 years.

The April 12 event featuring Jacobson will be in the Grand Ballroom at The Edgewater Hotel, 1001 Wisconsin Place.
