McMahon: Celebrates professional growth and welcomes new talent

NEENAH, Wis. (March 28, 2024)  McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering and architectural firm, is proud to celebrate the achievements of Daniel Ewart and Ashlee Prochnow, who recently obtained new professional licenses. In addition, the firm announces the hiring of Joe Koschnik and Nolan Niedermeyer.

Ewart has attained his professional engineer license, underscoring his seven years of experience in the field. Ewart holds a Bachelor of Science and master’s degree in architectural engineering with an emphasis in lighting and electrical from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He joined McMahon as an electrical engineer in April 2023.

Prochnow has earned her architectural license. With more than a decade of experience in the architecture field, Prochnow has been involved in a variety of conceptual design, design development and construction document projects. She has special expertise in creative design solutions, attention to detail and architectural visualizations. Prochnow received her Master of Architecture at Iowa State University and is also a graduate of Lawrence University. She joined McMahon in April 2013.

Koschnik returns to McMahon as a Municipal Transportation Engineering Technician. He holds several certifications with WisDOT and WisDNR related to being a highway technician and groundwater and wastewater operation.

Niedermeyer is a 2023 graduate from UW-Madison where he received his bachelor’s degree in cartography and geographic information systems. He comes with two years of internship experience and is excited to remain in Northeast Wisconsin as a GIS Analyst for McMahon.
