FOX CITIES, Wis. (September 16, 2024) – The Fox Cities Chamber has announced the release of its new AI website assistant, Francis the Fox.
As a testament to their dedication to community involvement and innovation, the Fox Cities Chamber was recently named National Chamber of the Year by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), and is a finalist for the 2024 Wisconsin Innovation Award. Their commitment to driving growth and bringing innovative solutions to Northeast Wisconsin has led to the development of Francis, a first-of-its-kind AI assistant tailored specially to the Chamber’s needs and the local business community.
Created specifically for the Fox Cities Chamber, Francis is designed to help streamline the website experience for Chamber members and visitors, making it easier to find the information they need quickly and efficiently. Francis assists with navigating the Chamber’s website (www.foxcitieschamber.com) – answering questions, and helping users connect with the resources they need. This project has been a collaborative effort between StellarBlue.ai and the Fox Cities Chamber.
To see Francis in action, visit the Chamber’s website, and click the Francis the Fox icon on the lower right corner of the screen. A chat window will pop up, and users can ask any Chamber-related question they might have. Francis will do their best to answer, or provide links to information on the Chamber website. Francis can answer questions about membership, networking opportunities, programs and services, and much more.
While Francis is highly knowledgeable, they are still in training mode and are continuing to improve on their responses. There are a few things to remember to make the user experience easier:
- Event Information: For the most accurate event details and dates, please refer directly to the Chamber’s official event calendar. Francis isn’t able to sort dates and events as reliably, so the Chamber calendar will provide the latest information regarding events.
- Not a Google search: Francis is designed specifically for the Fox Cities Chamber and trained on information provided by the Chamber, as well as their websites contents. It’s not a general search engine and responds best when users ask about Chamber-related topics.
