Fellowship of Extraordinary Women: Begins global expansion with new programs in South Africa

GREATER MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Fellowship of Extraordinary Women (FEW), a Wisconsin-based leadership organization for Christian women business executives and professionals, has expanded its global footprint to South Africa.

FEW founder, Kimberly Joy, was recently invited to speak at the “Women at the Door of Promise” international conference held at Grace Mission Church International in Centurion, South Africa by Dr. Patricia Bailey Ministries. The live presentations were streamed by Dr. Patricia Bailey Ministries to reach a potential audience of more than 4 billion subscribers throughout the United States, South Africa, Ireland and the UK.

Additionally, Ms. Joy was invited to lead multiple workshops and seminars at several venues in Johannesburg, Delmas, Soweto and Diepsloot.

Joy, a seven-time Amazon #1 best-selling author, presented in South Africa on the expanding roles of women in leadership. The seminars were aimed at increasing awareness and understanding, while also empowering the audience to take positive action to improve their lives.

Joy’s trip emphasizes FEW’s ongoing commitment to the African continent in its work with philanthropic partner, Dr. Patricia Bailey Ministries, as part of a larger commitment to servant leadership.

FEW previously sponsored and assisted in the construction of “tiny houses” in a squatter’s camp near Johannesburg. FEW also sponsored water filtration systems in eight African nations and supported the establishment of two maternity clinics in Liberia.

In addition to speaking at the international conference and various venues, Joy, along with team members Angela Riemer, Kim Hanson and Daneca Mergot, established FEW’s first two international chapters in Soweto and Delmas, South Africa, respectively.

The organization is in the process of establishing chapters in other U.S. cities as well, including one in Atlanta, Ga. FEW is actively earmarking outreach for new chapters in California, Illinois, Minnesota and New York, with additional growth planned for 2025 and beyond.

“The mission of this trip underscores FEW’s commitment to uniting women worldwide and empowering them in their faith, family and business endeavors,” Joy said. “FEW is becoming a vital global resource for Christian business owners, executives and professionals seeking to lead extraordinary, impactful lives.”

FEW is dedicated to awakening, activating and accelerating extraordinary personal development and growth in women globally through its trainings, certifications, monthly community forums and its international publications division.

The organization is committed to equipping and empowering women to share their stories of hope, healing and inspiration with the world.
