The buyer, a limited liability company, was procured by Christopher Biuso, Rory Shelby and Scott Gould, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office Regional Manager and Broker, Todd Lindblom, assisted in closing this transaction.

We were able to generate several offers including multiple at or above list price. Our marketing resulted in interest from California to New York and Florida, resulting in selecting and closing with an out of state buyer.
