(Appleton, Wis) – Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of four new team members: Joe Harvey, Kit Kouveras, Logan Burton, and Justin Smith.
Harvey, who joins the firm as director of project management, brings nearly 30 years of experience to the role, with expertise in construction services, project management, school safety, and facility management. He will be responsible for the oversight of all internal project management efforts as well as mentoring and training Hoffman’s project management group. A Certified Facilities Professional recognized by the Department of Public Instruction of Wisconsin, Harvey comes to Hoffman from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where he served as Chief Facilities Officer. Harvey returns to Hoffman, where he served as a senior project manager from 2000 – 2010.
Kouveras joins Hoffman’s marketing staff as their new graphic designer, coming over from Indianapolis-based Cunningham Restaurant Group where she served in a similar role for their 37 restaurants across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Kouveras holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
Hoffman also welcomes two associate project managers, Burton and Smith. Burton comes to Hoffman from Faith Technologies, where he was a Specialty Systems Technician. Smith, a Fox Valley Technical College graduate, has been with Hoffman since 2021 as a construction intern. Both will be responsible for assisting with project tasks such as estimating, bidding, accounting, and project closeout efforts.
