FOX CITIES, Wis. (March 13, 2023) – The Fox Cities Chamber has seats available for its March 21st Dale Carnegie learning series, which is free to any Chamber member. The session will be held from 8 – 10 AM at the Chamber office, 125 N. Superior Street, Appleton. Topic is “The Delegation Process: Utilize techniques to get work done through others, develop the talent of team members, and use a model to delegate a task effectively.”
This training will help managers learn steps of the delegation process, which entails developing team members to accept additional responsibilities without losing sight of their central leadership responsibility — the bottom line!
