Milwaukee, WI – February 23, 2023 – Diversatek Healthcare, Inc., a privately-owned company in the gastrointestinal (GI) and endoscopic market, has acquired G-Flex, a manufacturer and distributor of reusable and single-use endoscopy devices and instruments. The acquisition adds more than 250 SKUs to the Diversatek Healthcare portfolio, including products in the GI and pulmonary niche markets.

Diversatek Healthcare will leverage the common international sales channels it shares with G-Flex to increase the global distribution of both companies’ current products and technologies.
