MILWAUKEE — Today, the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce announced the featured speakers for their upcoming Women’s Leadership Reception, an uplifting evening celebrating the impact of women veteran business owners, professionals, and community leaders in Wisconsin. The featured speakers include:
- Secretary Mary Kolar, Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs
- Dr. Jennifer Potts, Center Street Business Improvement District
- Yolanda Medina, UW-Milwaukee Military & Veterans Resource Center
- Debbie Buchanan, Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative
The theme of the evening is “I Am Not Invisible,” and will feature women veterans who are leading in business and improving communities across Wisconsin. Enjoy presentations from women veteran leaders, refreshments, networking, raffles, and more! Proceeds from this event will benefit the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative’s Women Veterans Initiative (WOVIN).
