Wisconsin Realtors Association: Welcomes new 2022 chairman of the board

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) is proud to welcome Brad Lois of Burlington as its new chairman of the board for 2022. As broker/owner of Bear Realty of Burlington, Brad’s success takes him beyond the limits of Burlington and has served as past president and director of the Lakes Area REALTORS® Association (LARA) and was named LARA’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2014, in addition to REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list in 2015.

Brad is a lifelong resident of Burlington. At the state level, Brad has served on the WRA’s
executive committee, board of directors, Wisconsin Homeowners Alliance, WRA’s political
strategy group, the real estate forms committee and is the prior chair of WRA’s public policy committee. He has been a leader and advocate for the Young Professionals Network in Wisconsin and served on NAR’s YPN Advisory Board in 2020. Brad holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and resides in Burlington with his wife and daughter.

Since joining Bear Realty in 2008, Brad has successfully marketed and sold properties for
hundreds of clients in Southeast Wisconsin. Along with Brad’s leadership in residential real estate sales, he has been an integral part of building Fox River Property Management – a subsidiary of Bear Realty of Burlington specializing in the management of commercial buildings, apartment buildings and other multi-unit investment real estate.

As WRA Chairman, Brad will lead up one of Wisconsin’s largest trade associations,
representing over 18,500 real estate brokers, salespeople and affiliates statewide. He succeeds the WRA’s 2021 chair, Mary Duff of Madison.
