Town of Brookfield, Wis. –The Corners of Brookfield today announced the debut of a new restaurant concept from the owners of Goddess and the Baker, the popular continental café with one of its six locations at the town center. Here Chicky Chicky, a fast-casual fried chicken meals and sandwiches restaurant, will open at The Corners of Brookfield this summer.
“The greater Milwaukee area has absolutely loved our Corners of Brookfield location, so we knew this was the perfect spot to roll out this new restaurant concept,” said Tami Mizrahi, co-owner of Goddess and the Baker and the new Here Chicky Chicky. “What makes us different from other chicken spots is not only our top product and range of items, but also the atmosphere – it’s meant to be fun, playful and inviting. We have some exciting things in the works, and we can’t wait for the community’s first taste.”
The 3,150 sq. ft. space will be located on the south side of the shopping center, directly to the east of Fresh Fin Poke. The restaurant will be able to accommodate seating for 70 people, with additional carry-out options.
Here Chicky Chicky will feature a range of menu items, including friend chicken tenders in sandwiches, baskets, wraps and on salads with a range of unique and creative dipping sauces and flavors. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich has been a most popular item on the Goddess & The Baker menu, which partly spurred the restaurant concept idea. Here Chicky Chicky will also serve a variety of beer, wine and champagne. According to Mizrahi, champagne is quickly becoming a most popular pairing with fried chicken.

The atmosphere of Here Chicky Chicky will be rooted in a ‘70s aesthetic, with fresh and contemporary fixtures.
