Starion Bank: Business banker Josh Resch named to InBusiness 40 under 40 list

Josh Resch, Starion Bank business banker based in the Middleton, Wisconsin location, has been named  to the popular and prestigious InBusiness 40 Under 40 Class of 2022.

Resch joined Starion nearly six years ago and has quickly become the go-to banker for Madison-area  businesses, from small startups to established Wisconsin corporations. In 2020, he originated the first  Main Street Lending Program loan in the United States. The program helped to keep local businesses  open and prosperous during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jeff Cook, Starion Bank Market President, says the honor is well deserved. “Josh is the kind of banker  that doesn’t come along every day,” says Cook. “He combines intelligence, a ton of experience, and a  thorough knowledge of banking to help his customers improve their businesses and financial standing.  It’s an honor and a privilege to work with him.”

Resch credits his success to his Wisconsin roots. “I grew up on a dairy farm, and I’ve been working full time since I was eight years old,” says Resch. “My parents taught me the value of hard work and the  quality of my work. A lot of my personal and professional success is due to how I was raised.” Outside of work, Resch is active in Downtown Madison, Inc., Madison Area Builders Association, and  Commercial Brokers Group, Inc.

In Business magazine states they are the “premier business-to-business publication in the Greater  Madison region” and feature news, analysis, and profiles of local companies and businesspeople. Their  40 Under 40 list honors success professionals under the age of 40 in the Madison area.
