OSHKOSH, WISCONSIN – Bayland Buildings Inc. is excited to announce construction will soon begin on the Silver Star Brands consolidated headquarters and operations center located in Oshkosh.
Beginning Wednesday, January 19, 2022, Silver Star Brands will be doing a remodel of their second floor at their warehousing and fulfillment center located at 2155 South Oakwood Road, Oshkosh, WI. The new 50,000 square foot space will comfortably create space for over 100 staff to office in the same building as Silver Star Brands’ operations. “We have a strong on-going relationship with Bayland and we appreciate their partnership with planning and preparations and look forward to a very successful project” said Jim Eckberg, Project Leader for Silver Star Brands
Historically, all office staff are in a separate building located in downtown Oshkosh. “This exciting transition and move will not only provide an updated and attractive work environment for our Wisconsin-based management team but having our team members under one roof will enhance our collaboration and make us more efficient, productive and unified as a company,” stated Rob Goergen, Silver Star Brands Chairman.
The newly remodeled second floor space will provide an enhanced office and meeting environment for members of management team as well as customer support staff. It will also include a 5,000 square foot space dedicated to Silver Star Brands’ creative and photography needs and that will allow for props, lights, and support resources for all marketing and merchandising activities.
The project is estimated to be completed by the Fall of 2022.
