Shopko Optical: Welcomes new vice president of information technology

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Shopko Optical, a leader in providing trusted eye care services to communities for over 40 years, is pleased to welcome Tod Wiederholt to its leadership team as vice president of information technology. In this position, Wiederholt will be responsible for all aspects of information technology for Shopko Optical.

Prior to joining Shopko Optical, Wiederholt served as a director of infrastructure technology at WPS Health Solutions where he was responsible for creating and managing the company’s technical roadmap for on-premise and cloud infrastructure in alignment with IT strategy. Wiederholt previously held various senior-level management roles in systems development and infrastructure at ThedaCare, Ameriprise Financial Services and McKesson. 
 
Wiederholt received his Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Clarke University.
