Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., has named Kristina Howey director of product development and management. She will lead the Health Plan’s product development and implementation teams. Her data analytics skills, accounting and business administration education will be instrumental in continuing Security Health Plan’s commitment to providing Wisconsinites with access to affordable and high-quality health insurance.
Howey comes to Security Health Plan from the Revenue Integrity Business Analysis Department at Marshfield Clinic Health System where she served as the business analysis manager. She created this new department during her tenure with the Health System and led system configuration, oversight of the revenue charge master, and grew the analytics programs for revenue integrity.
“I’m excited to lead Security Health Plan’s product development team and use my knowledge and skillset to review, manage and build our wide portfolio of products for members and prospective members,” Howey said. “I hope to further the great work Security has already done in ensuring affordable, high-quality health coverage for people of all ages.”

Howey earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix and a master of business administration from Lakeland University. Howey began working with Marshfield Clinic Health System in 2009 as a research coordinator for Clinical Epidemiology and Population Health.
