RCEDC: Tasteful, business networking event coming to Murray Mansion July 21st

City of Racine, WI – The Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC) will host a networking event, called Food for Thought, on Thursday, July 21st from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Murray Mansion in the City of Racine. There is no cost to attend, however, registration is required.

The event, sponsored by Johnson Financial Group, will showcase local businesses from the food and beverage industry.

“Johnson Financial Group is proud to sponsor events like this, aimed at moving Racine County businesses forward,” said Barry Fries, Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking at Johnson Financial Group, and host of the event. “It is a great opportunity for local business owners to learn from those who have already walked the path to success.”

Guests will learn from local food and beverage business owners about how they got started, how they handled milestones and challenges, succession planning, and what resources they used along the way.

Jenny Trick, executive director at RCEDC said, “We are excited to partner with Johnson Financial Group to host this event for business owners to understand the technical and financial resources available for business advancement.”

Networking and registration begin at 2:00 p.m. The event, also available via live stream, will start at 2:30 p.m. Food tasting will take place immediately following the event portion of the program.
