PNC: Marquita Hicks promoted to lead PNC community development banking in Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE, Jan. 18, 2022 – PNC Bank announced today the promotion of Marquita Hicks as vice president and relationship manager for Community Development Banking in Wisconsin. Based in Milwaukee, Hicks will support community and economic development efforts through loans, investments and educational programs in underserved neighborhoods in the region.

Hicks has more than 12 years of banking experience, including financial wealth management, business credit, credit analysis and business development. Most recently, she served as a PNC Business Banking relationship manager, assisting clients and businesses in the greater Milwaukee area.

Hicks earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Wilberforce University in Ohio. She serves as vice chair of the YWCA of Southeast Wisconsin board and previously served on the Associate Board for City Year of Milwaukee.

She is an active volunteer for several PNC initiatives in support of early education, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and mentoring and professional development, including the Wisconsin PNC Diversity and Inclusion Council and the PNC African American Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG). She also is an active volunteer for PNC Grow Up Great®, a program that helps enhance opportunities for early education in the region.
