Pappas DeLaney Announces New CEO and CSO

Hales Corners (June 8, 2022) – Pappas DeLaney, an executive search, talent development and coaching firm, has promoted Heather Alberti to Chief Executive Officer and Jay Rosencrantz to Chief Strategy Officer. In addition, both Alberti and Rosencrantz have been added to the ownership group. Pappas DeLaney was established in 1998 by Tim Pappas and the late Patricia DeLaney.

The past few years, Pappas DeLaney has been on an accelerated growth trajectory, expanding into new markets and industry segments. Together Alberti, Rosencrantz and Pappas are implementing a bold vision to propel Pappas DeLaney into its next growth phase.

Alberti has more than 25 years of industry experience and has been with Pappas DeLaney since 1999 when she joined the firm as a recruiter. Prior to becoming CEO, she was Vice President. Rosencrantz has more than 30 years of experience and joined the firm in 2013. He was previously Managing Director at Pappas DeLaney.

Pappas DeLaney works nationally with medium to large businesses and corporations in virtually every market segment, including food and beverage, professional services, manufacturing and healthcare. The firm has experience in both the public and private sectors, encompassing private equity, ESOPs and family offices.
