GREEN BAY, Wis. – Ticket sales open today for this year’s Winter Wine & Beer Walks in the Broadway District. The walks will take place the first three Fridays in December on the 2, 9 and 16 from 5 to 9 p.m.
Enjoy tastings from local wineries and breweries while visiting businesses and exploring the Broadway District. This is a fantastic opportunity to shop for unique gifts at the many boutiques shops, restaurants and other district venues located in the warmth of our inner city.
Tickets are $30 during the Early Bird sale starting October 18. Ticket prices go up to $35 after November 1. Tickets cost $40 if you purchase them at the door. Participation is capped and tickets typically do sell out.
Your ticket will earn you a punch card to sample wine, beer and light appetizers at 20+ Broadway businesses. Turn your punch card in at the end of the night and have a chance to win prizes.
“People wait in anticipation for ticket sales to open for these walks,” said Betsy Sorensen, Special Events Manager for On Broadway, Inc. “It has become a tradition for many to gather with friends, family or co-workers and enjoy some delicious wine and beer samples while enjoying what our area businesses have to offer. We encourage folks to get out and support local this holiday season and purchase those unique gifts that you won’t find anywhere else.”
You must be 21 or older to participate. You will show your ID on the night of the event at Old Fort Square, 211 N Broadway, to receive your wristband and punch card.
Tickets are date specific and can only be used for the night they are purchased for. They are non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for any reason.
