McMahon: Tori Nider, Paul Boening join McMahon

NEENAH, Wis. (Oct. 6, 2022) – McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering and architectural firm, has hired Tori Nider as a plan room employee and Paul Boening as a public management specialist.

Nider is beginning her career at McMahon before she continues on in higher education with a plan to obtain a degree in an engineering or architecture-related field.

Boening graduated from Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in public administration and the University of South Dakota with a Master of Public Administration (MPA). He comes to McMahon with more than 20 years of local government experience and currently serves as Village Manager in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin.

Boening will be joining McMahon’s public safety and municipal management group which serves communities through on-site assistance for municipal administrations, counsel and implementation. Other service offerings for public management include:
