McMahon: Announces five new company associates

NEENAHWisconsin (Nov. 14, 2022) – McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering and architectural firm, has announced that Ben Hamblin, P.E., municipal and civil engineer, Phil Kleman, municipal and water resources engineer, Scott Manteuffel, construction services project manager, Andy Schmidt, P.E., municipal and water resources engineer and Corey Schuh, P.E., transportation engineer, have been named Associates of the company.

Hamblin has more than 25 years’ experience in the civil engineering and construction industry and has comprehensive experience in design and project management. Hamblin has a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

Kleman holds a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. His professional registrations include certified professional in erosion and sediment control, certified erosion sediment and stormwater inspector and registered engineer-in-training in the state of Wisconsin.

Manteuffel has 30 years of construction experience and has worked in all facets of construction management including commercial, industrial, water/wastewater treatment and agriculture facilities. He has a Construction Management degree from ITT Technical College as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Schmidt is a licensed municipal and water resources engineer with 18 years of experience. He specializes in municipal planning, design engineering and construction observation. Schmidt has a Civil Engineering degree with an emphasis on Construction and Transportation from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Schuh has more than 17 years of experience in design engineering, construction engineering, and public works engineering. He obtained his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
