The mission of the IWL is to support and conduct cutting-edge gender research and build transformational experiences and relationships that empower women and advance women’s leadership.

Women in Business is a student organization at Marquette founded in 2007 to aid female students in building their resume, gaining leadership skills, increasing networking opportunities, and taking a look into and gaining insight from the lives of professional women.
