Lindblom, regional manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office. The asset sold for $5,000,000.
The Rowlett Group, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a group of local investors. The buyer, an out of state limited liability company, was secured and represented by the Rowlett Group.
Sauk Point Square is located at 701 N High Point Rd in Madison, WI. This multi-tenant retail center has a mix of local retailers. The mix includes tenants that have a long-term history with the center and have extended multiple times and a couple tenants that signed new leases in 2021. It is located in a growing community off of Highway 12/14.
