Marcus & Millichap: Arranges the sale of a 10,378-square foot retail property

MONROE, WI, February 7, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of PICK ‘N SAVE SHADOW ANCHORED CENTER, a 10,378-square foot retail property located in Monroe, WI, according to Todd E. Lindblom, regional manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office. The asset sold for $1,800,000.

Jeff Rowlett of The Rowlett Group, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local developer.  The buyers, limited liability companies, were also secured and represented by The Rowlett Group. Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office Regional Manager and Broker, assisted in closing this transaction.

Pick ‘N Save Shadow Anchored Center is located at 110 8th St in Monroe, WI. The center was over 88% occupied at the time of closing. The center is located off Route 66 and is surrounded by many other national and regional tenants.
