WHAT:
Lowlands Group is spreading the love this holiday with customized Valentine’s Day specials at Café Hollander, Centraal Grand Café & Tappery, Café Benelux and Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club. With the holiday falling on a Monday this year, the celebration will extend Saturday, Feb. 12 through Monday, Feb. 14. Each location will feature unique specials in addition to full menu offerings. Romantic dishes include Raviolove, Love for Risotto, and Red and White Cheesecake, as well as a special Strawberry Love Potion cocktail.
The first 50 guests to each restaurant after 4 p.m. on Feb. 14 will be treated to a complimentary Stella Artois Cidre (with the exception of Café Hollander Hilldale which will be serving Lowlands Brewing Collaborative High Speed Wit). Stella Artois Cidre is a full-flavored, European style cider with a subtle sweetness and a delightful dryness. It’s also gluten-free and crafted with natural flavors.
For guests looking for a more intimate dining experience, Lowlands Group’s heated outdoor private structures are also available, including domes, globes, Northwoods shanties and winter chalets.

Strawberry Love Potion
Sweet and bubbly, this refreshing cocktail is made with vanilla vodka, rose water, strawberry puree and bubbles is perfect for Valentine’s Day brunch or celebrating with your sweetheart.
