Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce: Celebrates Carol White’s 19th year as president & CEO

Milwaukee, Wis. – April 18, 2022 — The award-winning Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) celebrates Carol White’s 19 years as president & CEO this month. The Brookfield Chamber was founded in 1957.

Carol White, president & CEO of GBCC said, “It has been a true pleasure to be at the helm of GBCC for the past 19 years. The culture we’ve developed and are known for is top notch, welcoming, and supportive to the business community. The past two years put all of that to the test, and I’m pleased to say that we have emerged from COVID with an even stronger commitment to our business community.”

Chad Schultz, owner of Innovative Signs and current GBCC board chair said, “The GBCC was the first organization I joined 3 days after I launched my business in 2001, and I met Carol shortly after she started with the GBCC. She has done an outstanding job at growing membership, creating new events and programs that benefit membership and working as a conduit between the community and surrounding Waukesha County. The GBCC and Carol White are an integral part of why we are successful today.”

White currently serves on the board of directors of the Mid-America Chamber Executives and is a member of the Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Executives, American Chamber of Commerce Executives, Institute of Organizational Management, and TEMPO Waukesha. She is a past board member of the Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Executives, Elmbrook Humane Society, Elmbrook Hospital Foundation, Elmbrook Rotary Club, and is past council president at Christ The King Lutheran Church in Delafield.
