Milwaukee, Wis. (August 30, 2022) – The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network opened a new physical rehabilitation hospital, medical clinics and pharmacy on Bluemound Road in Wauwatosa earlier this month. Located eight blocks west of the main Froedtert & MCW campus in Wauwatosa, Froedtert Bluemound Campus includes a fully licensed, accredited acute care hospital, two health clinics and a pharmacy.
The Froedtert Bluemound Rehabilitation Hospital provides intensive inpatient physical rehabilitation for patients with traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and general rehabilitation needs. The hospital is supported by on-site radiology, pharmacy, lab and food service.
The Dermatology Clinic provides medical dermatology services, specialty services and, as needed, cosmetic services. The Mohs Surgery Clinic provides surgical treatment for patients with skin cancer. The two clinics moved from the Clinical Cancer Center at Froedtert Hospital campus. This new location allows for growth in their space, team and access for all these services.
The Froedtert Pharmacy is easily accessible and features a drive-thru to serve patients, their families, staff and the nearby community. It is open 7 days a week, evening hours included (Mon.-Fri.: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sat.-Sun.: 9 a.m.-1 p.m.).

CG Schmidt partnered with Froedtert Health to develop the project and served as the construction manager for Froedtert Bluemound Campus.
