FOX CITIES, Wis. – (January 6, 2022) – Cheese ingredients business Ornua Ingredients North America (OINA) has been certified as a 2022 gold-level Employee Friendly Workplace in the Fox Cities by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce. Gold-certified employers are community leaders in promoting work/life integration by making significant investments in employee-friendly policies and practices.
OINA becomes the sixth Fox Cities employer to attain certification through the new program and the third to be recognized at the “gold” level.
Headquartered in Hilbert, OINA is a leading provider of customised functional cheese solutions for US food manufacturing and foodservice customers. With the recent acquisition of Whitehall Specialties, OINA employs over 800 people across its six well invested production facilities in Wisconsin Minnesota, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
OINA is part of Ornua, an Irish dairy cooperative which exports to over 110 countries around the world and employs over 2,800 people across its 16 production facilities and local market offices.
