Executive Agenda: Names Frances Parker as new group chair

(February, 2022 – Brookfield, WI/Madison, WI) – Executive Agenda, Wisconsin’s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development across business functions, has appointed Frances Parker to lead an Executive Agenda group in the Madison, WI area.

Frances Parker spent over 25 years as a corporate manager and director within four major pharmaceutical companies.  She held positions in a multitude of disciplines including merchandising, marketing, sales, pharmacy affairs, operations, customer service, distribution, regulatory, project management and quality.  Frances has both a BS and MS degree from the College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Austin.  In addition to her degrees, she is a certified Project Management Professional.

Parker recently attended an intensive Chair certification training program in St. Petersburg, FL and has assumed an existing EA group (EA 44).  She is in the process of selecting additional members to fill a few remaining seats in the group.  The members are made up of executive-level managers from top organizations throughout the greater Madison, WI area.

As an Executive Agenda Group Chair, Frances Parker serves as a seasoned executive mentor to the group members.  In addition, she facilitates confidential, quarterly meetings and conducts one-on-one sessions with members to surface issues, solve problems, and foster accountability in achieving their goals.
