(MADISON, Wis.)—In a historic merger, CENTURY 21 Affiliated is expanding its footprint by partnering with CENTURY 21 Award in Southern California. CENTURY 21 Award has 15 offices throughout Southern California and is a top-five franchise.

“This new partnership with CENTURY 21 Award is the perfect fit for our franchise,” CENTURY 21 Affiliated CEO Dan Kruse said. “It gives us the opportunity to strengthen our brand and continue to be the top CENTURY 21 franchise in the world. Both companies are aligned in our philosophies and commitment to our clients, and we are excited to grow together.”

With the merger, CENTURY 21 Affiliated, the top-ranked franchise, will now have offices in three time zones (Pacific, Central and Eastern), 734 agents and 15 locations in Southern California. This is in addition to its current 995 agents and more than 60 offices across Northern Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
